Bridge House

An award-winning single-family residence in Hancock Park, recognized with an AIA Design Award and published in AD Italia. Bridge House is MODAA's signature demonstration of structural ambition executed at a fine-residential finish level.

MODAA delivered Bridge House as the general contractor, carrying the project from structure through architectural finish. The home’s cantilevered bridging volume demanded close coordination between structural engineering and interior detailing, the kind of high-tolerance execution MODAA brings to every residence.
